Deep purple hue with an old world sensibility. It has an elegant aroma of ripe fruit, plum, cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of clove and black pepper.  It has a feel of a fresh, young Napa Valley wine. The wine has a soft entry with a touch of cherry fruit and subtle wood.  Polished tannins provide a good anchor to the finish.

Blend: 82% Cabernet Sauvignon (Atlas Peak AVA), 15% Merlot, 3% Malbec
